Headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, Graphio connects to a company's existing business systems — including Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Jira, Zendesk, and 60+ other integrations — to automatically reconstruct real operational workflows from metadata only, without accessing message content or PII. The platform identifies each team's actual 'winning path,' scores individual process steps for AI-agent readiness, and monitors live execution in real time to flag deviations, cross-team misalignment, and revenue-impacting breakdowns before they escalate. Marketed as an 'Execution GPS' for both human teams and AI agents, Graphio is SOC 2 and HIPAA compliant and targets COOs, CROs, and other operational leaders at B2B SaaS, banking, credit union, and insurance companies. The company has raised early-stage funding from institutional investors Lightspeed Ventures and First Degree Capital, plus more than 100 angel investors from companies including Mastercard, PwC, Snowflake, Experian, HelloFresh, and BambooHR; the total amount raised has not been publicly disclosed.
