Gradient Network

Gradient Network is a decentralized AI infrastructure company pioneering an Open Intelligence Stack for open-source AI models. The company is building the world's first fully decentralized AI runtime — a sovereign, peer-powered infrastructure where intelligence is hosted, served, and evolved across a global mesh of nodes. Its core stack consists of two foundational protocols: Lattica, a universal peer-to-peer data communication and content delivery protocol; and Parallax, a decentralized inference protocol that enables large foundation models to be decomposed, distributed, and collaboratively executed across heterogeneous devices globally. Gradient Network addresses the risks of AI monopolization by distributing control over data, compute, and algorithm development. In June 2025, the company raised a $10 million seed round led by Pantera Capital and Multicoin Capital.
