Good Therapeutics

Good Therapeutics designed regulated protein drugs that stay inactive until they bind their target, then deliver potent biological activity only where needed. Roche acquired Good Therapeutics in 2022; the team and platform continued as Bonum Therapeutics, which uses a novel antibody-based mechanism to create regulated, targeted, highly active, and less toxic medicines. Two programs created with this platform are in preclinical development. Current work focuses on antibody-controlled cytokine therapeutics that enhance anti-tumor immune response, with potential applications in autoimmune disease, metabolic disorders, and pain management.
