Global AI is a New York-based sovereign AI infrastructure company, founded in 2024, that designs, builds, and operates dedicated single-tenant, air-gapped AI data centers for governments and enterprises. The company positions itself as an alternative to traditional cloud providers, offering vertically integrated infrastructure spanning land, energy, construction, liquid cooling, and GPU-dense compute. Its first data center campus is located in Endicott, New York, and features large-scale NVIDIA GB300 NVL72 GPU clusters. Global AI has infrastructure and technology partnerships with NVIDIA, Dell, Supermicro, and HUMAIN, and is targeting 1 gigawatt of data center capacity by 2029. In August 2026, the company closed a $441 million senior secured credit facility arranged by J.P. Morgan, its first debt raise, to accelerate its sovereign AI infrastructure expansion.
