Gleamer

Gleamer is a French medtech company founded in 2017 in Paris by Christian Allouche, Alexis Ducarouge, and Dr. Nor-Eddine Regnard, developing AI-powered clinical solutions to assist radiologists across all major imaging modalities including X-ray, CT, mammography, and MRI. The company's flagship platform, Gleamer Copilot, integrates directly into existing RIS and PACS environments to enable worklist prioritization, AI-assisted reporting, and semi-automated pre-diagnosis, helping radiologists detect pathologies faster and with greater confidence. Gleamer's solutions are CE- and FDA-cleared and used across more than 2,500 clinical sites in 45+ countries processing over 45 million exams per year; the company was acquired by RadNet's DeepHealth subsidiary in March 2026 for approximately €230M (~$270M USD).
