Gerocare

GeroCare is a subscription-based medical home care service for elderly people in Nigeria. The company connects elderly patients with a network of doctors nationwide who make regular home visits to detect and manage health conditions early, increasing life expectancy and improving quality of life. Family members — including those living abroad — can monitor their loved ones' care in real time via the GeroCare mobile application. Since 2017, GeroCare has delivered over 150,000 doctor home visits and has received recognition from the WHO and the NSIA Prize for Innovation. Subscriptions start from approximately ₦25,000 ($30) per month, covering doctor visits, vitals checks, medical reports, and app access.
