GAIA BioMedicine Inc. is a clinical-stage biotech-pharma company originating from Kyushu University in Japan, founded in 2015 to commercialize the pioneering research of Professor Yonemitsu. The company has developed the 'GAIA NK-like cell platform,' a proprietary cell culture technology that produces NK-like cells with high cytotoxic activity and tumor infiltration capacity for the treatment of refractory solid tumors, without requiring genetic modification.
