Gabriel is Brazil's largest collaborative security intelligence network, deploying AI-powered cameras called 'Camaleão' on building facades to monitor public spaces and automatically detect stolen or restricted vehicles via license plate recognition. The system operates 24/7 through a central operations hub that combines human analysts and artificial intelligence to detect incidents in real time and alert authorities. Gabriel integrates directly with state police systems including Sistema Hélios (Minas Gerais), COP BH, and Rio de Janeiro's 190 Integrado program. The platform creates 'Protection Areas' across cities including São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Niterói, and Belo Horizonte, with over 17,000 networked cameras protecting more than 722,000 residents.
