FlashAid is an Indian private health concierge and emergency medical services platform. Members get access to a personal medical desk that helps them speak to doctors, get second opinions, arrange diagnostic tests, and access medical guidance around the clock. In emergencies, FlashAid coordinates the right doctor, hospital, and ambulance response immediately regardless of the time of day. Members can also opt into group health coverage through IRDAI-regulated insurers with coverage up to ₹1 crore, and the platform manages the full claims process from hospital admission through reimbursement.
