family.cards is a German hardware and digital platform designed to help seniors participate in digital life through their television without needing a smartphone. The product consists of a TV box with a wireless card reader: seniors tap physical cards to initiate video calls, view family photo albums, play music, access news, or stream entertainment — all on their existing TV. Each card corresponds to a single function, eliminating complexity for older or less tech-savvy users.
