About
Fab was a New York-based e-commerce company founded in 2010 by Jason Goldberg and Bradford Shellhammer. Originally launched as Fabulis, the company pivoted in June 2011 into a curated flash-sales marketplace for design-inspired products, home goods, accessories, and art. Fab grew rapidly, reaching 1 million members in its first year and raising over $336 million at a peak valuation exceeding $1 billion. The company burned through capital pursuing aggressive international expansion before selling its assets to PCH International in a fire sale in March 2015.
