Exostemtech is a South Korean biotechnology company that develops exosome-based therapeutics from adult stem cells, including functionally enhanced exosomes, using proprietary mass-production and characterization platforms. Its pipeline includes more than eight candidates such as CARTISOME for osteoarthritis, BEIGESOME for obesity, diabetes, and fatty liver, EST-T-EXO for tendinitis, OSTEOSOME for osteoporosis, HEPATOSOME for liver fibrosis, and HYPOXISOME for pulmonary fibrosis, along with a protein loading and delivery platform. The company also supplies research-grade stem cells, stem-cell exosomes, and plant exosomes, and is advancing needle-free prefilled exosome injectors through a national R&D consortium.
