西湖未来智造 (Enovate3D)

西湖未来智造 (Enovate3D) is a Hangzhou, China-based precision additive manufacturing company founded in 2020 as the first hard-tech spinout from Westlake University's School of Engineering. The company has developed proprietary electronic additive manufacturing technology capable of printing at 1–10 μm precision, along with over 100 advanced functional materials including metal conductive, polymer, and composite dielectric materials. Its systems have achieved industrial-scale production deployments in new display, semiconductor advanced packaging, and lithium battery sectors, serving more than ten leading industry customers with high-integration and cost-effective process upgrades.
