Eliyan's IP enables homogenous and heterogeneous multi-die architectures using both advanced and standard packaging substrates, targeting AI accelerators, HPC, and data center chips. The company has achieved first silicon in TSMC 5nm and 3nm processes and is backed by Intel, Micron, Samsung Catalyst Fund, and Tiger Global. Eliyan is part of the Arm Total Design ecosystem.
