Eemel

Eemel is a Finnish cloud software company, headquartered in Tampere, that sells a family of business tools for invoicing, electronic signatures, and work management. Eemel Invoicing creates and sends sales invoices, tracks payments, and handles purchase invoices, recurring invoices, quotes, and reports, adapting to local requirements such as Finvoice e-invoicing and Finnish bank connections or Spain's Verifactu rules. EpicSign provides multi-party electronic signature with document status tracking, reminders, signature history, and archiving, and can be used standalone. Eemel ONE targets service and field-work companies such as cleaning and maintenance firms with work orders, calendars, customer and site records, hours, contract invoicing, and a client portal. Finnish customers can additionally use Eemel Accounting and Eemel ERP, with payroll as an add-on module, and the platform integrates with accounting systems including Exact Online and Fennoa. The company was previously known as Nettilasku.fi and operates as Epic Invoicing Oy.
