The platform served enterprise customers seeking an omnichannel customer experience solution with built-in AI. Founded in 2018 and headquartered in Santa Monica, California, Edify was acquired by Avaya in May 2024 to extend Avaya's enterprise CX portfolio. The Edify CX technology has since been integrated into Avaya's platform, rebranded as Avaya Infinity.
