Dan Company is a wholly owned subsidiary of Saudi Arabia's Public Investment Fund (PIF) established to contribute to the development of the Kingdom's tourism sector. The company focuses on agritourism, ecotourism, and adventure tourism — creating a world-class tourism ecosystem that celebrates Saudi Arabia's captivating natural landscapes and rich agricultural diversity. Dan's integrated business model combines owned luxury resorts with a franchise system that empowers local farmers and tourist lodge operators to develop their own hospitality assets, creating both a premium brand and a community empowerment platform. The company's first destination is in Al-Ahsa, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Saudi Arabia's Eastern Province, where Dan is developing an agri-resort, eco-resort, and adventure resort to be operated by Hilton. By 2030, Dan is anticipated to contribute approximately $1.6 billion (SR6 billion) to Saudi Arabia's non-oil GDP as it expands its footprint across the Kingdom.
