CXMT / ChangXin Memory (长鑫科技集团)

CXMT (ChangXin Memory Technologies) is China's largest DRAM integrated device manufacturer (IDM), headquartered in Hefei, Anhui Province. The company designs, researches, and produces DRAM chips that power mobile phones, PCs, tablets, servers, and other consumer and enterprise applications. Founded in 2016, CXMT is the only large-scale domestic DRAM producer in mainland China to achieve mass production, manufacturing DDR4, LPDDR4, and LPDDR5 memory products. The company plays a central role in China's national push to build homegrown semiconductor memory capacity and is pursuing an IPO on Shanghai's STAR Market.
