Curaco

Curaco develops Carebidet, an automated excretion-care robot for bedridden patients, people with disabilities, and older adults with limited mobility. The device detects urine and feces, washes the patient, removes waste, and dries with warm air; it also includes odor filtering, cleaning and disinfection, gender-specific modules, and an ergonomic design that works with ordinary mattresses. Curaco says Carebidet is designed to preserve patient dignity and reduce caregiver burden, and that the company has developed the product through sustained research and development. The company markets the system for patients, families, caregivers, and care facilities.
