Crusoe (formerly Crusoe Energy Systems) is an American AI infrastructure company founded in 2018 in Denver, Colorado. The company designs, builds, and operates a vertically integrated AI factory stack encompassing on-site power generation (wind, solar, hydropower, geothermal, and natural gas with carbon capture), modular data center manufacturing, and a high-performance GPU cloud platform called Crusoe Cloud. Its cloud offering provides NVIDIA and AMD GPU clusters — including GB200, B200, H200, H100, MI300X, and MI355X — delivering up to 99.98% uptime for AI training, inference, and data preparation workloads. Crusoe also operates Crusoe Managed Inference, a proprietary inference engine built with MemoryAlloy technology, achieving up to 9.9x faster time-to-first-token versus standard deployments. The company has contracted nearly 5 gigawatts of AI infrastructure capacity across data centers in Texas, Wyoming, Iceland, Norway, and other locations.
