Cosmic Labs is a research lab building intelligence for critical and supercomputing infrastructure. The company trains a new kind of AI designed to serve infrastructure itself — not the humans who operate it — enabling systems to monitor, provision, and recover autonomously. Its mission is infrastructure that sustains itself: data centers, HPC clusters, and critical systems that can diagnose and resolve their own failures without human intervention. Founded by MIT researchers, Cosmic Labs is based in the San Francisco Bay Area and is actively hiring senior ML researchers and applied ML engineers.
