Climate TRACE is an independent international nonprofit coalition of over 100 organizations, including founding members WattTime and TransitionZero, that publicly launched in July 2020 to build a comprehensive, near-real-time inventory of global greenhouse gas emissions. Using AI and machine learning to analyze data from more than 300 satellites and 11,000+ sensors, the coalition tracks emissions from over 660 million individual assets worldwide and now releases updated data monthly.
