Chaomo Technology (超摩科技)

Founded in January 2021 and headquartered in Haidian District, Beijing, Chaomo Technology (北京超摩科技有限公司) is a Chinese semiconductor company specializing in full-stack high-performance Chiplet interconnect design and CPU architecture. The company is one of the first mainland Chinese members to join the UCIe Consortium and develops two flagship product lines: the 'Guanyun 9000' series enterprise-level high-performance CPUs and the 'CLCI Zhixing' Chiplet interconnect IP and mass-production solution. Chaomo's technology serves data centers, cloud computing, AI platforms, automotive electronics, autonomous driving, and edge computing, and has entered the supply chains of multiple industry clients. As of 2024, the company has approximately 38 employees and has completed multiple funding rounds including an Angel round in 2021 led by Redpoint China and Legend Star, and a Pre-A round exceeding 100 million yuan in July 2022 led by Datai Capital.
