CellBank is a Tokyo-based regenerative medicine company that positions itself as Japan's leading provider in the field, working with a wide range of cell types to make regenerative treatments possible. The company banks and cultures patient cells and partners with clinics and healthcare providers to deliver regenerative therapies spanning aesthetic and anti-aging applications, regenerative skincare, breast reconstruction and joint treatments for conditions such as hip and knee pain. Alongside its clinical cell-processing business, CellBank publishes consumer and practitioner research on awareness and adoption of regenerative medicine, and its CEO Motoharu Hojo is an active author and media commentator on cell therapy and iPS cells. The company announced a merger with IS Holdings in December 2021.
