Card Guard Scientific Survival Ltd. was an Israeli telemedicine company headquartered in Rehovot, Israel, that developed and manufactured remote patient monitoring systems across multiple medical disciplines including cardiology, heart failure, COPD, and general wellness. The company produced portable ECG devices and integrated telehealth platforms that enabled physicians to remotely monitor patients' vital signs via telecommunications networks. Card Guard was founded by Yacov Geva and later renamed LifeWatch AG, which became a publicly listed company and subsidiary of leading medical monitoring organizations.
