Carambar & Co

Carambar & Co (also known as CPK — Carambar Poulain Kréma) is a French confectionery company founded in 2016 when an investment consortium led by Eurazeo acquired a portfolio of iconic candy and chocolate brands from Mondelēz International. The company brings together 11 beloved French and European confectionery brands including Carambar, Poulain, Kréma, Lutti, Terry's Chocolate Orange, Malabar, La Pie qui Chante, Vichy Pastilles, and Suchard, with all manufacturing conducted across five factories in France since 2018. Headquartered in Issy-les-Moulineaux (near Paris), the company employs between 501 and 1,000 people and distributes its products globally. In October 2025, Ferrero SpA acquired Carambar & Co from Eurazeo for €240 million, and it now operates as a separate Ferrero subsidiary.
