On the employer side, HR and People & Culture teams get a unified case management dashboard, AI-assisted compliance guidance, and analytics that surface hotspots in company culture before they escalate. Founded in Sydney, Australia by Sam Garven and Emma Earley, the company graduated from the Techstars Tech Central Sydney 2024 cohort.
