Cadre

Cadre is a digital investment marketplace providing accredited investors and institutions with access to private commercial real estate deals. The platform enables investors to build diversified portfolios of institutional-quality assets — multifamily, office, industrial, and other property types — with lower minimums than traditional real estate private equity. Cadre offers a primary market for direct co-investment alongside experienced operators, as well as a Secondary Market (launched in 2018) that enables investors to trade private real estate holdings, providing a degree of liquidity uncommon in the asset class. Founded in 2014 in New York by Ryan Williams and Jared Kushner, the company rebranded under the Willow Wealth umbrella and operates through SEC-registered broker-dealer Willow Wealth Markets LLC and registered investment adviser Willow Wealth Asset Management LLC.
