Byanat is an AI-powered observability and analytics platform built for telecom operators and data centers, headquartered in Muscat, Oman with additional offices in Riyadh and Doha. Founded in April 2022 by Ahmed Alghadani (CEO) and Dr. Ahmed Albadi (CTO), the company delivers a unified SaaS platform that integrates, manages, and optimizes digital infrastructure across mobile networks and data center environments. Core capabilities include AI-driven anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, real-time network monitoring, outage detection, AI degradation analysis, cell site management, capacity planning, and full-stack observability. The platform uses self-learning technology and agentic AI architecture to automate operational scaling, ensure compliance, and promote sustainability in mission-critical infrastructure. Byanat serves major telecom clients including Omantel and Ooredoo, and positions itself around the concept of 'Infrastructure 4.0' — merging connectivity and infrastructure management through connected intelligence. The company raised a seed round in June 2023 from 500 Global, Sanabil Investments, Omantel, and Al Jabr MENA, followed by a Pre-Series A round in February 2025 led by Golden Gate Ventures with co-investors including Qatar Development Bank, Omantel Innovation Labs, Salcia Oryx Fund, Waad Investment, and PlusVC.
