Boryeong LNG Terminal Co., Ltd. is a South Korean energy infrastructure company founded in 2013 as a joint venture between GS Energy and SK Innovation (each holding a 50% stake, with SK's stake later sold to IMM Investment Corp. for approximately $420 million in 2025-2026). The company operates a private commercial LNG terminal in Boryeong-si, South Chungcheong Province, with a storage capacity of 200,000 kiloliters across four tanks, providing LNG unloading, storage, and regasification services. It generates revenue through service agreements with energy companies — including power generators and direct LNG importers — that use its facilities for importing, storing, and distributing natural gas for power generation and industrial use across South Korea.
