Founded in 2013 by CEO Andre Fonseca and CTO Daniel Belintani, the company originated as a machine-learning bid manager for digital ad campaigns before pivoting to its core omnichannel platform. Bornlogic enables businesses to create geolocated content and campaigns for Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, bridging the physical store and digital world by transforming a company's salesforce into brand influencers. The platform distributes marketing budgets across individual stores and salespeople, enforces brand governance, and uses machine learning to suggest content ideas to sales staff. Bornlogic serves major Brazilian retailers including Carrefour, Magazine Luiza, and Renner, and has developed an attribution system that tracks how online campaigns drive in-store purchases by integrating with the retailer's ERP. Revenue comes from monthly SaaS subscriptions plus a take rate on campaign-generated sales. The company has raised a R$52 million Series A led by Astella Investimentos.
