BlendBow

BlendBow was a French maker of the Barmate One automated cocktail machine for commercial beverage service. Its technical sheet describes a system that can dose rum and sparkling water to the centiliter, muddle ingredients, crush ice, cut lemons into wedges, add mint leaves and liquid sugar, carbonate water, and clean itself automatically. A separate management interface lets operators launch cocktail preparation, view cocktails in progress, and administer the machine.
