Besana is a Madrid-based clean energy company that acts as the single strategic energy partner for Spanish homeowner associations and the property managers who serve them. Founded in 2022 by Iván Cabezuela and Manel Pujol, Besana provides a fully integrated, turnkey energy management service covering electricity contract optimisation, collective solar self-consumption installations, central heating and heat pump upgrades, energy refurbishment projects, and EV charging pre-installations. The company handles the entire project lifecycle — from energy audits and design through permitting, installation, and maintenance — as well as management of subsidies and financing. Backed by Pelion Green Future, Besana aims to accelerate the energy transition of Spain's multi-family residential building stock.
