Beryl Circular

Beryl Circular developed the Beryl Process, a catalytic technology that purifies mixed plastic waste and converts it into high-value waxes and aromatics for the chemical and petrochemical industry. The process builds on pyrolysis and uses a catalyst to produce slack and microcrystalline waxes plus benzene, toluene, and xylenes without fossil feedstock, while removing contaminants such as chlorine and bromine. Beryl Circular B.V. was incorporated in the Netherlands by petrochemical experts and a sustainability entrepreneur, and it is scaling a B-Wax pilot at PlantOne Rotterdam toward commercial production.
