Bemmbo

Bemmbo was a Chilean B2B financial automation SaaS startup focused on streamlining accounts payable, accounts receivable, and expense reporting for businesses. The platform offered automated supplier payments with centralized approval workflows, expense reporting and fund management for employees, accounts receivable collections automation with personalized email reminders, and bank reconciliation with intelligent matching suggestions. Bemmbo integrated directly with Chile's SII (tax authority) to automatically download invoices and DTE documents, and connected with major ERP systems. The platform handled multi-currency payments including CLP, USD, and UF. In August 2025, Chilean HR tech unicorn Buk (valued at $850M) acquired Bemmbo and relaunched its capabilities as Buk Finanzas, combining HR and financial automation in one platform for Latin American businesses.
