The company specializes in group insurance (团险) for enterprise clients, offering end-to-end digitization of employee commercial health insurance — from policy selection and enrollment to intelligent claims processing and health management. Its SaaS platform connects employers, employees, insurers, and healthcare providers, enabling real-time data exchange, online self-service claims, and AI-driven decision support. In 2023 it launched AI "instant claims" processing, and in 2022 released GIDE, a digital group insurance trading system. The company serves over 10,000 enterprises and more than 1.6 million employees and families, with clients including Yuanqi Forest, Xinyang, 36Kr, and Yiche. It has raised through Series D financing with investors including the National SME Development Fund, Huaxing New Economy Fund, SIG, and Lenovo Capital.
