Bankers Holding Co., Ltd. (株式会社バンカーズ・ホールディング) is a Tokyo-based holding company established in August 2019 that operates an integrated financial platform focused on alternative investment in Japan. The group operates Bankers, a loan-based crowdfunding (P2P lending) platform that connects individual investors with domestic and international corporate borrowers — primarily small and medium-sized enterprises. The platform was launched in December 2020 and by 2023 had surpassed ¥80 billion in cumulative investments across the group. Bankers Holding acquired Crowd Credit, Inc. (Japan's first cross-border P2P lending platform, founded 2013) in January 2023, significantly expanding its reach into international lending markets. The group's subsidiaries include Bankers Co. Ltd. (platform operator), Bankers Crowdcredit Funding Co. Ltd. (lending to domestic/international SMEs), Bankers Auto Lease Co. Ltd., and Bankers Asset Management Co. Ltd., collectively providing a comprehensive suite of alternative finance services.
