The platform integrates with workplace chat tools such as Slack so employees get instant support without leaving their existing workflow. Companies including Loom, Statista, and Pleo use Back to manage and automate conversations, knowledge, and employee journeys on one platform. Back was acquired by Munich-based Personio, Europe's HR software leader, in May 2022.
