Auxxo Female Catalyst Fund is a Berlin-based venture capital fund exclusively backing female-co-founded pre-seed and seed stage startups across Europe, with a focus on the DACH and CEE regions. Founded in 2019 by Bettine Schmitz and Dr. Gesa Miczaika, Auxxo co-invests alongside other VCs and provides portfolio companies with capital, community, coaching, and commercial expertise. The fund's second vehicle raised €26M (targeting up to €50M) in 2025 with European Investment Fund (EIF) backing, and invests in startups where at least one female founder holds 20%+ equity.
