Atomic Supply

Atomic Supply is an AI-native supply chain planning platform founded by former Tesla supply chain leaders Michael Rossiter and Neal Suidan, who met as demand/supply planners at Tesla during the Model 3 production ramp, when the business needed to scale roughly 20x and existing spreadsheets and outside vendors could not keep pace. After leaving Tesla, the co-founders built Atomic as a unit-level, explainable planning system meant to replace spreadsheets and legacy optimization tools with a shared 'decision layer' that both human planners and AI agents can work from, covering demand, supply, finance, and an AI companion module. The company was incubated inside DVx Ventures, the firm run by former Tesla president Jon McNeill (with Rossiter also a DVx partner), and publicly launched in April 2025 with a $3 million seed round led by DVx Ventures and joined by Seattle-based Madrona Ventures.
