Atlantic Business International

Atlantic Business International (ABI) is a West African financial services holding company headquartered in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire, established in 2012 as a joint venture to consolidate banking operations under the Banque Atlantique brand. The group oversees a network of 20 entities including 10 banking subsidiaries operating across francophone West and Central Africa. ABI serves as the parent holding structure for Banque Atlantique, one of West Africa's leading banking groups, offering corporate banking, retail banking, insurance, and financial services. In 2025, private equity firm Development Partners International (DPI) exited its 20.17% stake through a sale to Banque Centrale Populaire (BCP).
