Asia Business Builders (ABB) is a Vietnam-focused private equity and M&A advisory firm founded in 2013 and headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam, with an additional presence in Singapore. The firm began as a cross-border M&A advisory boutique and evolved into a private equity platform, launching its first fund in 2017 and closing its second fund at USD 70 million in 2025. ABB invests growth capital in high-growth Vietnamese SMEs across consumer goods, retail, healthcare, education, logistics, and technology sectors, targeting the lower mid-market segment. The firm has executed over USD 500 million in strategic M&A transactions and has a track record of more than 30 deals including investments in and exits from companies such as VMO Holdings (sold to Alten France in 2024), DTP Education Solutions, Bee Logistics, and Citimart.
