Antimatter is the world's first vertically integrated neocloud for AI inference, formed through the merger of three operating companies — Policloud (modular hardware), Hivenet (distributed software), and Data Factory (energy layer). The company has signed a €580M framework contract with CloudGrid Energy to deploy 280 Policloud units with 29,000 GPUs across five European countries by end of 2027. Founded and led by David Gurlé, serial entrepreneur who previously built Symphony (fintech unicorn valued at $1.8B) and led real-time communications at Microsoft and Skype.
