&Done is a premium professional haircare brand founded in 2023 by Saumya Yadav and Atit Jain, specifically formulated for Indian hair types and climatic conditions. The brand emerged from co-founder Saumya Yadav's personal experience as an IIT and Stanford-educated engineer who struggled with postpartum hair issues and recognized the absence of high-performance Indian haircare brands in professional salons. &Done develops biotechnology-based, science-backed, multi-functional haircare formulas that address the unique challenges of Indian hair using globally sourced, research-backed active ingredients. Every formula is co-created and pressure-tested with top salon stylists. The company operates on a salon-first model, distributing through premium salons across India as well as direct-to-consumer channels including Nykaa and Amazon. Within its first year, the brand was trusted by over 1,500 stylists across 300+ salons. &Done raised ₹6.5 crore in seed funding led by All In Capital in November 2025, followed by a $3 million Series A led by RTP Global in January 2026.
