American Construction Source

American Construction Source (ACS) was a national lumber and building materials (LBM) distribution platform headquartered in Springfield, Missouri, serving custom home builders, repair and remodel contractors, and DIY consumers. Founded in 2018 by Angeles Equity Partners and Clearlake Capital Group, ACS grew rapidly through acquisitions to operate more than 70 locations across nine states including Arizona, California, Colorado, Missouri, Washington, and Wisconsin. The company was acquired by US LBM in 2021, expanding US LBM's national footprint to nearly 400 locations.
