Almouneer

Almouneer is an Egyptian healthtech company that operates DRU, the Middle East and Africa's first AI-powered lifestyle and chronic disease management platform. Founded in 2017 by Dr. Noha Khater and Rania Kadry, the platform connects patients suffering from diabetes, obesity, and prediabetes with doctors, nutritionists, health coaches, and labs — providing EMR, appointment booking, tele-consultations, and a 24/7 AI companion. The company runs nine specialized hospitals and clinics and serves over 120,000 patients across Egypt, with expansion into Saudi Arabia, UAE, and Kenya. Almouneer raised $3.6M in a seed round led by Global Ventures in October 2023.
