ADP III (African Development Partners III) is the third-generation private equity fund managed by Development Partners International (DPI), a London-based investment firm founded in 2007 that focuses on Africa. The fund invests in consumer goods, financial services, education, and healthcare businesses across the continent and is backed by development finance institutions including Denmark's IFU, via Impact Fund Denmark, and IFC. ADP III closed in October 2021 after raising roughly $900 million.
