Activate

Activate is a nonprofit organization running the flagship fellowship program for entrepreneurial scientists, providing the mindsets, skills, networks, and funding support needed to turn breakthrough hard-tech research into world-changing ventures. Since its founding, Activate has supported hundreds of Fellows who have gone on to raise billions in follow-on funding and create thousands of jobs, with programs now spanning the U.S., Singapore, and Japan. The model originated from Cyclotron Road at Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory before Activate became an independent organization.
