Actions Capital (formerly K50 Ventures) is a pre-seed venture capital firm that partners with founders from Day 0, leading or co-leading initial rounds of $500K–$2M targeting approximately 10% ownership. With roughly $265M AUM, the firm focuses on healthcare, financial inclusion, and the future of work across the United States (~80% of investments) and Latin America (~20%). Actions Capital has backed hundreds of founders and grown a portfolio to $35B in equity value, including nine unicorns — two decacorns and one IPO.
