Accelerate3D is an Austin, Texas additive-manufacturing startup building high-speed 3D printing for on-demand, low-volume production. The company designs and operates its own patented FDM-style machines in-house, claiming print speeds roughly 10x faster than market-standard printers and the ability to produce large parts that exceed most printers' build volumes. Its broader vision combines high-speed 3D printing, robotic automation, and machine learning into local 'microfactories' aimed at reshoring American manufacturing.
